Terms and Conditions

Music Telco and/or Blaise Rayes (further referred to as Music Telco, L.L.C.) and it's employees and affiliates are released and held them harmless pertaining to the installation and/or sale of the telecommunications equipment as of the date at the bottom of the checklist and final acceptance form. All work ordered and/or promised is received, except where noted above. Music Telco, L.L.C. does not offer or provide Local, Long Distance and/or Internet Service. Music Telco, L.L.C. shall not be liable for any outages sustained or service interruptions by the Local, Long Distance and/or Internet Service Provider.

Technical Support and/or repair on the telephone system purchased and installed by Music Telco, L.L.C. can be obtained from Music Telco, L.L.C. on an hourly basis at the current market rate. Music Telco, L.L.C. does not offer any warranty of any kind on telephone equipment. All warranties are from the manufacturer of the equipment and are in effect as of the date of the installation if applicable.

Music Telco, L.L.C. is in no way responsible for equipment outages or failures, even if caused by Music Telco, L.L.C.. Music Telco, L.L.C. shall not be held financially liable for any lost revenues of any kind due to equipment outages or service delays due to scheduling of repairs. Music Telco L.L.C. shall not have any payment withheld for any reason. If Music Telco L.L.C. recommends any Solution and/or product that fails to perform, Music Telco, L.L.C. shall not be financially penalized in any way. No services/installations/product/equipment that Music Telco, L.L.C. represents, sells or installs that fail to perform shall ever constitute reason to withhold any amount of payment owed to Music Telco, L.L.C. Any damage caused by Music Telco, L.L.C. will be repaired at the discretion of Music Telco, L.L.C. meaning the repairs will be done by Music Telco, L.L.C. or a company hired by Music Telco, L.L.C. Music Telco, L.L.C. will not be financialy responsible for repairs done by any company contracted by anyone except Music Telco, L.L.C.

You (The Customer) may hire any person or company to service the telecommunications equipment at your own expense. You are not required to have any warranty repairs, upgrades or servicing performed by Music Telco, L.L.C. Such warranty repairs, upgrades or servicing should not void any manufacturers warranties, if applicable, if said repairs are performed by an authorized company or individual.

You may choose any Local, Long Distance and/or Internet Service Provider you wish. Changing service providers may cause outages and are avoidable by coordinating a change over with Music Telco, L.L.C. so that your equipment can be monitored during the time of the transition.

If the equipment you purchased has been paid for and no balance is due to Music Telco, L.L.C., you may sell your equipment to another individual, such as when you sell your business. If any balance is due Music Telco, L.L.C., then Music Telco, L.L.C. at it's discretion, may repossess and/or uninstall any and all telecommunications equipment and resell it without notice. Any difference in the amount gained from the sale and the amount owed will be sent to collections and Music Telco, L.L.C. may use force Majure to obtain any unpaid amounts due.

Adding telephone sets, telephone lines and/or computer connectivity or bandwidth may require upgrading the telephone system or telephone/computer cabling throughout your suite/office/building. Music Telco, L.L.C. shall not be required to perform any upgrades without remuneration. Customers of Music Telco, L.L.C. may be entitled to special discounted rates for upgrades or purchases of additional equipment.

If you move, Music Telco, L.L.C. shall not be liable to reinstall any piece of telecommunications equipment without remuneration. You may hire anyone you wish to transfer your telecommmunications equipment at your own expense. Music Telco, L.L.C. shall not be held liable in any way for any equipment failures as a result of uninstalling, moving or upgrading the telecommunications equipment.

Music Telco, L.L.C. may contact you with recommendations on Local, Long Distance and/or Internet Service Providers, but will never change any of your service providers without your permission in writing. Music Telco, L.L.C. will not be held liable for any act of slamming or cramming on your account.

Music Telco, L.L.C. may notify you with information about your system, upcoming events and/or marketing materials at your email and/or physical address, as well as by phone. You have the right to opt out of these notifications by sending your request in writing to
